Eggs- Eggs are very important for baby nutrition. Eating eggs daily provides protein, biotin, riboflavin and iron. Every morning one egg should be given to children for breakfast. Omelet or boiled eggs can also be given if desired.

Carrots- Babies get lots of vitamins from carrots. It also contains beta-carotene. It helps in bone growth and helps in staying healthy. Babies can be fed raw carrots daily. Carrots can also be given to babies as a vegetable, juice or salad.

Yogurt – Yogurt is a good source of protein, calcium, vitamin D and probiotics. It has a good effect on the growth and development of the body. If children do not want to eat yogurt, they can also be fed cheese rich in protein, calcium and vitamin D.

Soybean- Soybean is rich in protein. Soybeans are recommended for children as well as adults to maintain good bone health. Various foods can be prepared from soybeans and given to children.
