Why not eat more meat?
Modern research has shown that meat contains fat, salt and water. Fat contains vitamin A, which provides nutrients to the bones. It is nutritious. However, excessive or daily consumption of meat, especially red meat, causes an increase in uric acid in the kidneys, which the kidneys cannot easily excrete. Meat increases bile in the body. Overeating causes bladder and kidney disease. Impaired function of the liver, kidneys, heart and other organs. Therefore, the consumption of red meat should be reduced.

The meat is usually fried and cooked. This way the nutrients in the meat are burned. Vitamins are also lost. Oily ingredients do not remain. So the way to eat it is to eat boiled meat. Or the best trick is to first fry the meat with spices etc. then add water and cook. Thus all the strength of the meat comes in the broth. That is why the soup is more useful. That is why it is useful to cook vegetables with meat. This reduces the risk. Vegetables make meat a healthy and wholesome food. People with cerebral palsy sometimes eat meat.

Why is meat beneficial?
It is narrated on the authority of Abu Al-Darda. The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said, “Meat is the chief food of the people of this world and of Paradise.” Imam Zuhri has stated that eating meat increases 70 strengths. Eating meat sharpens eyesight. So it is narrated on the authority of Imam Ali (as) that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said: Eat meat, because it brightens the complexion. Stomach does not grow. Improves morals and habits. Nafi ‘states that Hazrat Abdullah bin Umar used to eat meat most of the month of Ramadan. It is narrated from Hazrat Ali that whoever gives up eating meat for forty nights, his morals will deteriorate.

Sacrificial meat:
There are different types of meat. They are different in nature. But only sacrificial animals are mentioned here.

Sheep meat increases body strength and gives strength. One year old lamb is the best. Whoever has good digestion produces good blood in it. Great food for cold and temperate people. It is useful for people who live in cold places and work hard in winter. Strengthens the mind and memory. It is high in fat. The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) preferred the flesh of the upper part except the front and the head. It is lighter and better than the lower part. The flesh of the neck is easily digested and light. The hand is the most delicious and easily digested. It is mentioned in Sahih Bukhari and Sahih Muslim that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) liked back meat because it is more nutritious.

Goat meat
His temper is warmer. It is powerful. Produces blood Its fever is useful in tuberculosis and weakness. According to medical research, the meat of a goat or a goat’s limb that is eaten, gives strength to that human organ. In one narration, the Prophet (peace be upon him) said, “Take good care of the goat and keep away from it because it is one of the cattle of Paradise.” The meat of a one-year-old kid is tender. The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said: “The back of the goat should be cooked and swallowed. Its broth should be drunk for three days.

His temper is cold and dry. It is slow to digest. Meat is suitable for hardworking and tough people. But overuse can lead to chronic diseases such as leprosy, itching, pain, leprosy, failure, cancer, and persistent fevers. All these diseases affect a person who is not accustomed to beef and removes its harmful effects from black pepper, garlic, cinnamon and ginger. Doctors say beef is slow to digest and produces bad blood. Complains of bloating. Harmful in rheumatic diseases, arthritis and sciatica.

camel meat
The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) and his Companions used it in travel and in the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him). Camel calf meat is the most delicious, pure and nutritious. Like lamb, the one who is accustomed to it does not harm it in any way. People in cities like it very little. But it is widely used in rural and desert areas. This meat produces a bargain due to its digestion.

Sacrificial meat is distributed on the occasion of Eid-ul-Adha. Everyone has an abundance of meat. So wash the meat and use it. Eat meat but in moderation! Excessive consumption of meat not only causes gum damage but also can lead to cancer. So eat less meat than vegetables.
