Facial Exercises: 5 minutes a day, these few facial exercises will lose fat, increase skin radiance

Exercise is very important to keep yourself healthy and fit. But is just neck or abdominal or leg exercises enough? We often forget the most important part of our body, our mouth. Facial Exercises not only helps to reduce facial fat and double chin, but also helps to relax and brighten the face. Facial Exercises help control blood flow to the face. You may not have time to do oral exercises in your daily routine. But even when you are very busy, you can take out five minutes and do some easy and quick facial exercises.


Eye exercises
Start by keeping your face straight. Place your index finger and the middle finger of both hands over your eyes in such a way that your eyes can peek through the V shape of your fingers. Press in the middle of the eyebrows and in the corners of the eyes. Rotate your middle finger in a circular motion around the eyes but do not pull the skin. Repeat this in the corner of the eye. After one or two rounds you will feel pressure around the eyes which means that your muscles (Facial Exercises) are slowly relaxing.

Cheekbone exercises
Take your two thumbs and start from the corner of the chin. Lift your thumbs upwards with pressure on the side of your cheek. This will help to tighten your skin and eliminate wrinkles.

Exercise the lower part of the face
Open your mouth with your lips. Smile broadly and bring the lips back to their previous position. Do this several times with pressure on your jaw, lips and chin. This will help in your jaw growth (Facial Exercises).

Exercise of the forehead
Fist your hands and place them on your forehead. Then, pull from the inside out. It helps you to calm your mind and stretch your forehead by relieving stress.
