Twitter lawsuit, Elon Musk’s response filed in court

Elon Musk, the founder of the famous American company Tesla and SpaceX, submitted a response to the court’s request to speed up the judicial process of the lawsuit filed by Twitter.

According to international media reports, Elon Musk has submitted a written response to the court against speeding up the legal proceedings on the case filed by Twitter against him for withdrawing from the $44 billion Twitter deal.

Elon Musk’s attorneys filed a response in Delaware Chancery Court asking that Twitter’s “unfair request” to file a two-month trial on the merger case be dismissed.

The response further states that Twitter’s sudden court action after hanging up on the deal for 2 months and then seeking expedited court action is Twitter’s attempt to hide the truth about the spam accounts. A new tactic has been adopted.

Musk’s lawyers have argued that the controversy over fake and bot accounts is fundamental to Twitter’s value.

The lawyers have requested the court that a lot of time will be required to find a solution to this issue, so the hearing of this case should be fixed in February next year.

Elon Musk’s bank loan financing package is believed to expire in April 2023, meaning that if the trial in the case began in February and did not conclude until April, the deal may end.
